Answer: The shop opening times of My Store in the Javastraat 96 in The Hague, is listed on right side of this page. Our webshops www.yankeecandlestore.nl and www.crabtreeandevelyn.nl are 24/7 at your disposal.

02) Question: What is your delivery lead time?
Answer: In our Brick and Mortar shop: Right away when on stock. If ordered in one of the webshops www.yankeecandlestore.nl or www.crabtreeandevelyn.nl, the average delivery takes about 3 to 4 days when on stock. In the rare occasion that even the country distributor is out of stock, a delivery can take up several weeks. It such cases you will be notified by email directly.

03) Question: Do you also ship to Belgium?
Answer: Sure we do. Orders placed via www.yankeecandlestore.nl and www.crabtreeandevelyn.nl will be delivered in Belgium.

05) Question: What are the costs of a shipment for my order?
Answer: For the Netherlands, a shipment is 4,50 to 4,95 Euro, no matter the package weight. If your order is worth over 50,- Euro's, shipment in the Netherlands is even totally free! A shipment to Belgium is between 6,50 and 12,00 Euro's, depending on package weight.

06) Question: I do not have Internet, or I do not understand the ordering process. May I place my order by email or by phone?
Answer: Yes, of course you may place your order by phone (070-3640607 or from abroad: + 31 70-3640607) or by email (shop@my-store.nl). Please mention all required details such as: Type & Number of Products desired, your complete shipping & billing details and your contact details. We'll take care of the rest.

07) Question: How many burning hours does a Yankee Candle have>
Answer: This depends on the type & size of the candle, and the conditions when in use. Burning times is listed by each specific candle in out webshop: www.yankeecandlestore.nl.

08) Question: Is the Yankee Candle Electric Fragrance Base also suitable for Dutch and Belgian power outlets?
Answer: Yes

09) Question: Is it possible to use another refill with different smell in the Yankee Candle Electric Fragrance Base?
Answer: Yes, no problem. Refills are exchangeable and available in our stores.

10) Question: Can I test the Crabtree & Evelyn products first?
Answer: Yes of course you can. We have samplers ready for you for every Crabtree & Evelyn line on stock. It is even possible to ask for a sample of a product when ordering a product in our webshop. You will receive this sample, totally free, in the regular order shipment.

11) Question: What kind of warrantees do I have?
Answer: My-Store, and the belonging webshops www.yankeecandlestore.nl and www.crabtreeandevelyn.nl are operated under Dutch Law. In addition of the standard legal buyers protection, My Store also offers a "No Worries Warranty". This means: If you unhappy about the quality of a product, we will do our best to make you happy again. Solutions, depending on the issue, may differ from exchanging the product to full money refund. In case we have made a mistake while processing your online purchase and we have send you an incorrect product, you are allowed to keep the product. We will send you the right product free of charge. This means no hassle or costs for you at the post office.
